Vendor Booth Fees

Booth fees are based on total square footage:

  • Tier 1: 10’x10’ (up to 100 sq. ft.) — $165
  • Tier 2: 15’x15’ (up to 225 sq. ft.) — $225
  • Tier 3: 20’x20’ (up to 400 sq. ft.) — $295
  • Tier 4: 30’x30’ (up to 900 sq. ft.) — $395
  • Tier 5: Larger spaces available; pricing negotiated individually

Additional fees may apply for electricity or special vendor needs.


Trailers:   If you plan to bring a trailer, it must be pre‑approved, included in your square footage, and visually masked to blend with the event environment. Trailers must rest on ¼-inch plywood when in contact with the ground.


Application & Acceptance

  • Applications are juried and reviewed in the order received.
  • Vendors will be notified upon acceptance; booth fees are due immediately afterward.
  • No refunds for cancellations or weather-related issues.
  • Preference is given to visually appealing booths, high‑quality products, and vendors who enhance the festival atmosphere.
  • Space is limited and assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
  • Applications must include clear photos of your booth setup and products.


Vendor Requirements & Guidelines

Booths must remain open, staffed, and fully operational during festival hours.


Products & Merchandise

  • All items for sale must be listed on your application.
  • Only pre‑approved merchandise may be sold.
  • Items must be appropriate for a family‑friendly event.
  • AI‑generated art is not permitted.
  • Any changes to your product list require written approval.


Insurance

Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance listing:

Brevard Production Inc. as additional insureds, with an Occurrence policy type.


Photos

Submit photos of:

- Your booth setup

- Your products

- Any signage or display elements

Photos must be uploaded through the online application portal.


Booth Placement

  • Assigned prior to the event.
  • Priority given to early applicants and visually strong booth presentations.
  • Booths will not be moved after placement.


Vehicle Access

  • Vehicles allowed only during designated load‑in/load‑out times.
  • No vehicles permitted on festival grounds between 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM on event day.
  • Vehicles may be restricted during inclement weather.


Setup & Safety

  • Booths must be stable, secure, and properly weighted.
  • All modern equipment (coolers, metal poles, storage bins) must be neatly covered.
  • Signage must be professional and event‑appropriate.
  • Vendors must comply with all safety regulations.


Restrictions

  • This is a family‑friendly event; professional behavior is required.
  • No inappropriate attire, offensive merchandise, or disruptive behavior.
  • Vendors may not consume alcohol or become intoxicated while operating their booth.


Cleanup & Fees

  • Vendors must keep their area clean throughout the event.
  • Trash left behind will result in a $50 cleanup fee.
  • Failure to pay may affect future participation.


Health & Licensing

  • All required business, food, and safety licenses must be current and visibly displayed.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Florida’s 7% sales tax.


Food Vendors

  • Must comply with all DBPR health and hygiene regulations.
  • No glass, Styrofoam, or single‑use plastics for serving.
  • Menu prices must be clearly posted.
  • Food storage units must remain in designated areas.
  • Profit sharing: 10% of sales above the booth fee, due at festival close.


Games & Rides

  • Must provide spacing and setup requirements.

Electricity

  • Electricity is not provided by the festival.
  • Vendors bringing generators must:
    • Provide generator details in advance
    • Place ¼-inch plywood underneath the generator at all times


Animals & Weapons

  • Only Well Behaved pets allowed!
  • Owners must clean up after animals.
  • No Open Carry please, Concealed carry is permitted.
